Exchanges and Returns

We will be happy to accept an exchange or return from you for items that do not fit or do not meet your satisfaction. Our exchange/return policy is as follows. The exchange/return MUST be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your shipment at your expense. The items must have original tags attached, they must be unused, and you must send your receipt from purchase. Any shipments received after 7 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Please ship the items prepaid, insured, and securely wrapped. We will not be responsible for items lost in transit back to us. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Refunds can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days after we have received the returned shipment. If you are exchanging an item, we will send the new item to you if we have the item in stock; if not your money will be refunded.
